Tara Liberation Outreach Group is a Tibetan Buddhist study and meditation group in the Gelug lineage, affiliated with the Yeshin Norbu Center in Stockholm. Both newcomers and those who already have experience in Buddhist meditation and study are welcome to attend all our events.

Tara Liberation Outreach Group follows the guidelines of the Foundation for the Preservation of the Mahayana Tradition (FPMT) and its spiritual director Lama Zopa Rinpoche. His Holiness the Dalai Lama is the source of inspiration for FPMT.

The study group was started in the autumn of 2007 with the blessings of Lama Zopa Rinpoche, when he also bestowed the name upon the group.
