Buddhist meditation with all its facets is a reliable method to work more skilfully with difficult feelings. In the “laboratory” of meditation you learn to find peace within the midst of chaos and the possibility of deep insight into the nature of mind and emotions.

During this weekend Stephan Pende will share different methods to:

You will learn time-honoured ways for experiencing and resting right now in your natural state of inner peace, the ultimate source of lasting happiness.
The weekend is designed for beginners and experienced practitioners independent of their backgrounds.

About teacher
Stephan Wormland, MA in clinical psychology, is trained in Gestalt therapy. He has studied and practiced meditation in multiple Buddhist traditions for over 30 years and spent 5 years in meditation retreats. Stephan was a monk in the Tibetan tradition for 11 years and teaches meditation in Buddhist centres in Europe.
