Discover the powerful meditation practice of using visualization and mantra recitation of Vajrasattva to free ourselves of negative thoughts and habits which prevent us from expe- riencing our natural clear, peaceful state of mind. These techniques are very effective in clearing the inner clutter of our lives and allowing us to taste and awaken the true happiness that we so keenly seek.

This teaching is a part of FPMT’s Discovering Buddhism program module 6, All about karma. No prerequisites needed for participation.

(Entrance from Näkinpolku. The center is located nearby the market place in Hakaniemi.)
Price
60 €/weekend (50 € member price) & 10 €/Monday (5 € member price) Also: On Saturday and Sunday there is vegetarian soup available (5 €). We also encourage participants to leave a donation for the teacher.
